Finally, Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has been announced the notification for the vacancies of Police Constable (Home Guard & Armed Police). Around 6279 vacancies for Police Constable (Home Guard and 850 for Armed police).
Scale of Pay:-
5200/- to 20200/- and Grade Pay Rs 2000/-
Physical Quality:- Minimum height and chest in CM for a candidate.
Selection Procedure and Exam Pattern:-
Examination will be in three mode - Pre and Main then after Physical / fitness / medical.
Exam will be objective. 3 number for each correct answer and -1 number for wrong answer.
Application / Examination Fee:-Candidate's need to pay 200/- rs for all others.
Rs 20/- only for those candidate who belongs from reserved category and belongs from Jharkhand.

Qualification Detail:- Minimum 10th pass can apply.Physical Quality:- Minimum height and chest in CM for a candidate.
- General - minimum 160 Hight and minimum 81 chest size.
- Scheduled Tribe or ST- minimum 155 Hight and minimum 79 chest size.
- SC - minimum 155 Hight and minimum 79 chest size.
- OBC -1 - minimum 160 Hight and minimum 81 chest size.
- OBC - 2 - minimum 160 Hight and minimum 81 chest size.

How to Apply Online for the JSSC Recruitment for the post of Police Constable (Home Guard & Armed Police)?
Candidates are required to apply online through official website of JSSC website which is www.JSSC.in (No other means/ mode of application will be accepted) and click on Online Application for JCCE-2015. One candidate can apply only for one post. Fill all required filed correctly and select any one local language which will have to appear in exam for it. After click on submit button an uniqe id and password will generate which candidate's need to keep in safe custody. An sms and email will be receive on your registered mobile and email. Login again through received ID and Password and upload your photo and thumb copy. After complete the process candidate can logout and have to login again on next day after 12 PM and process for payment.
